Elizabeth Matthews is a Can-Fit-Pro certified personal trainer and a registered holistic nutritionist with a life-long interest in health and fitness which includes a journalism background as an editor and contributor to health and fitness magazines such as MuscleMag, Integrated Health Retailer and American Health and Fitness.
